Dear everyone

As you may know, today (1st February 2010) is our last day of operation with Flora Damansara 1. We chose this day in conjunction with the withdrawal of the property management company from Flora Damansara 1. This website shall no longer be updated. The contents shall remain as it is until the hosting and domain services expires. This website/domain is privately owned and funded, maintained by a team of volunteers on part-time basis.

The website team would like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues, management and joint committee (especially the outgoing committee chairman, treasurer and secretary) and let you all know how we’ve enjoyed working with all of you these past few months. We wish you all success in the future and are grateful for the opportunity to work with you.

We, the office bearers of the outgoing JMC (‘outgoing JMC’) for Flora Damansara (Medium) JMB (‘JMB’) and owners of Flora Damansara, congratulate you and team as the New JMC for Flora Damansara (Medium) JMB.

It is our duty to remind you of the following:

Payment to TNB and Syabas
Payment ot Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd

We remind you to ensure the above agreed arrangements are fully executed to precision and do not default any payment to TNB, Syabas and Saujana, failure to that will result in serious damaging consequences to the welfare of Flora Damansara residents.

More BAD NEWS… Potensi Terus RESIGNS!

Dear residents,

The current lift service provider, Potensi Terus Industries Sdn Bhd has decided to terminate their lift maintenance contract effective 11th January 2010.

Attached here is their official termination letter.

Their last day will be on the 10th April 2010 as per contract.

We wish them best and hope they will reconsider in the near future.

As of 23rd January 2010, all lifts are in working order except for car park lift at Block H which is still under the developer. The JKKP will certify all lifts by end of next week.

URGENT! Pama Services RESIGNS!

Dear residents,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Building Management, Pama Services have decided to pull out from Flora Damansara effective 9th February 2010, 12PM.

Attached here is the office notice from them.

Below is the official letter from Managing Director of Pama Services:

We, the current JMCs wish to thanked them for managing Flora Damansara well over the past 9 months without fail. While there are room for improvement but nevertheless, we are sad to see them go.

HOT NEWS! Burglary Suspect CAUGHT!

MON, Block F: At around 3:30PM, security personnel from Inland Security Services Sdn Bhd caught a burglar red-handed breaking into unit F-10-22 while on patrol.

The suspect is a male in his early 20s from Bangladesh living in Block F as well. During the initial interrogation, he claimed to be a staff from a renovation company in Flora Damansara.

Upon receiving this info, the Management made several checks and calls and concluded that the suspect was a former staff (of the renovation company).

With cooperation from JMC, Inland and PAMA, the suspect was handed over to the police.
