Dear everyone

As you may know, today (1st February 2010) is our last day of operation with Flora Damansara 1. We chose this day in conjunction with the withdrawal of the property management company from Flora Damansara 1. This website shall no longer be updated. The contents shall remain as it is until the hosting and domain services expires. This website/domain is privately owned and funded, maintained by a team of volunteers on part-time basis.

The website team would like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues, management and joint committee (especially the outgoing committee chairman, treasurer and secretary) and let you all know how we’ve enjoyed working with all of you these past few months. We wish you all success in the future and are grateful for the opportunity to work with you.

Merujuk kepada Seksyen 9 Akta Bangunan dan Harta Bersama (Penyelenggaraan dan Pengurusan) 2007 (Akta 663), kami dengan ini memberi notis bertulis untuk mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Ke-Dua sepertimana maklumat tertera dalam lampiran ini.

Disertakan bersama lampiran ini adalah borang perlantikan proksi dan surat wakil kuasa untuk tindakan lanjutan anda.

Dear owners and residents,

As part of maintenance fee collection exercise, namely overdue amount owed by defaulters, the Management will begin the water clamping operation this coming Mon, 7th December 2009 to Wed, 10th December 2009.

Only those owing in excess of RM 300 (Ringgit Malaysia Tiga Ratus) and above will be affected.

Kindly settle your overdue account at the Management Office soonest possible.

Those caught breaking the water clamps will be reported to the police and WILL incur the cost of damaged clamp in their monthly maintenance bill.

Should you need to settle any overdue amount via installment, kindly contact our Building Manager, En. Mustaffa Khamal for assistance.

Blok D, F & H: Gangguan Bekalan Elektrik

JUMAAT, Blok D, F & H: Gangguan bekalan elektrik dijangka bakal berlaku pada 10hb November 2009 dari jam 10AM hingga 6PM. Gangguan ini disebabkan kerja penyelengaraan pencawang elektrik oleh pihak TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad).

Sebarang kesulitan amatlah dikesali.

Block H: Lifts 1 (soon) and 2 are UP!

FRI, Block H: Residents of Block H can finally breath easily now because after many months of negotiation and discussion, the JMCs together with the Management have persuade the developer, Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd to reinstate the remaining 2 lifts (which has been out of order since April ‘08).

What does it mean? Well, for one thing, no more waiting 10 minutes for lifts to serve higher floors and with the coming weeks, the nearly abandoned car park lift at Block C will finally be reinstated as well.

Kudos to the Management for working closely with the developer to ensure a smooth handover.

Please be advised.

Owners or operators of vending machines and phone booth as per photos are requested to remove all unauthorized equipment within 14 days from the date of this notice.

After the dateline, The Management will dismantle all equipment and impose a daily rental of RM 5.00 for storage plus other charges.

Action will taken against owners or operators found tapping electricity and water illegally to operate these machines.
