With so many sabotage cases going on, the Management has decided to lodged a police report to defend themselves. Attached here is the report.
Sabotage cases like these have happened before prior to takeover by Pama Services on 1st April 2009 where irresponsible people have turned off water supply to certain blocks.

With the notice below, Pama Services will cease all operations with immediate effect to accommodate the request of new JMC members. The full handover will be on 1st February 2010 from 10AM to 1PM.

Today is a historic day for Flora Damansara with outgoing committee handling over all necessary documents and procedures to new JMC members.

More BAD NEWS… Potensi Terus RESIGNS!
Dear residents,
The current lift service provider, Potensi Terus Industries Sdn Bhd has decided to terminate their lift maintenance contract effective 11th January 2010.
Attached here is their official termination letter.
Their last day will be on the 10th April 2010 as per contract.
We wish them best and hope they will reconsider in the near future.
