Backup Diesel Generators
Here are some shots of the diesel generator at Block D.

Wheel Clamping Enforcement
Since 15th November, both Management and Security have been busy clamping cars for illegal parking and obstruction. The removal fee is RM 100 per car and yet people still continue to park their cars in restricted zones.

More BAD NEWS… Potensi Terus RESIGNS!
Dear residents,
The current lift service provider, Potensi Terus Industries Sdn Bhd has decided to terminate their lift maintenance contract effective 11th January 2010.
Attached here is their official termination letter.
Their last day will be on the 10th April 2010 as per contract.
We wish them best and hope they will reconsider in the near future.
