With so many sabotage cases going on, the Management has decided to lodged a police report to defend themselves. Attached here is the report.

Sabotage cases like these have happened before prior to takeover by Pama Services on 1st April 2009 where irresponsible people have turned off water supply to certain blocks.

With the notice below, Pama Services will cease all operations with immediate effect to accommodate the request of new JMC members. The full handover will be on 1st February 2010 from 10AM to 1PM.

It is our duty to remind you of the following:

1. Payment to TNB and Syabas
2. Payment ot Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd

We remind you to ensure the above agreed arrangements are fully executed to precision and do not default any payment to TNB, Syabas and Saujana, failure to that will result in serious damaging consequences to the welfare of Flora Damansara residents.

Today is a historic day for Flora Damansara with outgoing committee handling over all necessary documents and procedures to new JMC members.

Effective immediately, the new JMC will take over all operations to manage Flora Damansara. All complaints and suggestions should go to the new committee with immediate effect.

We, the outgoing committee wish them good luck and hope they can manage the place well.

Hence forth, this site will be terminated in a couple of weeks time pending approval from the owner.

The current lift service provider, Potensi Terus Industries Sdn Bhd has decided to terminate their lift maintenance contract effective 11th January 2010.

Attached here is their official termination letter.

Their last day will be on the 10th April 2010 as per contract.

We wish them best and hope they will reconsider in the near future.

As of 23rd January 2010, all lifts are in working order except for car park lift at Block H which is still under the developer. The JKKP will certify all lifts by end of next week.

Merujuk kepada Seksyen 9 Akta Bangunan dan Harta Bersama (Penyelenggaraan dan Pengurusan) 2007 (Akta 663), kami dengan ini memberi notis bertulis untuk mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Ke-Dua sepertimana maklumat tertera dalam lampiran ini.

Disertakan bersama lampiran ini adalah borang perlantikan proksi dan surat wakil kuasa untuk tindakan lanjutan anda.

1. Pembeli Individu : Sila bawakan kad pengenalan anda untuk pengesahan identiti pemilikan semasa pendaftaran.
2. Pembeli Syarikat : Jika bakal dihadiri oleh Pengarah syarikat, sila bawakan borang 49 bagi tujuan pengesahan. Syarikat anda boleh mewakilkan mana-mana pekerja yang kompetant dengan menyertakan surat wakil kuasa dan memenuhi syarat dan terma yang tertera dalam lampiran.
3. Pembeli Bersama: Sila bawakan kad pengenalan proksi dan borang perlantikan proksi untuk pengesahan identiti semasa pendaftaran.

Semua pembeli adalah dinasihatkan agar melunaskan segala tunggakan terhadap akaun “FLORA DAMANSARA (MEDIUM) JMB” sehingga tarikh 31 Disember 2009 untk melayakkan menghadiri mesyuarat ini.
