Backup Diesel Generators

Here are some shots of the diesel generator at Block D.

Surprisingly, despite poor maintenance, it is in good condition and starts up easily (well, at least 2-3 cranks). Looks like the culprit are the old batteries. However, it is a huge Volvo Penta engine! From the looks of it, it is a 8 cylinder with turbo cranking up to 1,500 RPM! :)
