I took some shots at site as my job is all about visiting high end condominiums and bungalows.
Example here is One Menerung @ Bangsar, KL. The on-going sale price per unit is RM 1,200 per square feet and each unit has a build-up area of 5,000 square feet. Total is around RM 6,000,000 per unit. Maintenance fee per month is RM 3,500 alone. Yikes!
Magnificent! If only it is possible at Flora Damansara…

We remind you to do not default any payment to TNB, Syabas and Saujana, failure to that will result in serious damaging consequences to the welfare of Flora Damansara residents.

Why? Upon approval from the JMCs, the Management rented a Skylift and purchased necessary components to rectify all faulty street lights.
