FINALLY! TNB + SYABAS problems SOLVED!
Dear residents,
The JMC are pleased to announce that we have finally settled all outstanding arrears with TNB and SYABAS.
Many thanks to the developer, Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd and their parent company, MKLand Holdings Bhd for their undivided support.
What does it mean for us? Well, there won’t be any more power and water disruptions from these two utility companies. Now, we are trying to focus on replacing/repairing electrical and plumbing to all blocks. As a result, there might be some power outages or water cuts. Do note that plans are underway to engage a contractor to maintain the water pumps on a monthly basis. Meanwhile, Management staff will conduct safely checks to ensure all timers and fuses are in proper working order.
There may be a notice of water or power cut pasted at all blocks but rest assured these are computer generated notices which can be safely ignored. Actual billing statements (showing number of payments made to TNB or Syabas) will be available on this site soon.
