Appointment of PAMA Services as the new Property Management Company
After much deliberation and recommendation from the Chairman of Sub-Committee for Tender for Property Management Company, the JMC passed a resolution to appoint PAMA Services as the new property management company on the following grounds :
- The competitive price;
- The favourable result of site visit at one of the properties managed by PAMA Services;
- The favourable recommendations of JMC of the property visited;
- The favourable feedback from Flora Damansara residents and owners who visited the said property.
A letter of award will be issued to PAMA Services for the appointment with effect from 1st April 2009. However, PAMA Services will start immediately to assist the JMC for all matters related to Flora Damansara during this transitional period.
